If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make your experience as seamless as possible. 1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is provided with your return.

Note: Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at create@whoopdedoo.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if the item is damaged or defective).

  2. Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided. Be sure to use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

 

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned in less-than-perfect condition (e.g., missing packaging or signs of use).

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Gift Cards

  • Sale or Clearance Items (unless they arrive damaged or faulty)

  • Custom or Personalized Products (unless they are defective or incorrect)

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at create@whoopdedoo.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement or refund.

 

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as there may be a delay in processing the refund.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at create@whoopdedoo.com.au for further assistance.
